Includes comprehensive evaluation of a new health concern (such as hormone concerns, sleep issues, or acute symptoms) review of available labs, clinical assessment, and personalized care plan.
Fee $150
What counts as a new concern?
Any new or unrelated issue that has not been previously evaluated requires an initial visit.
Follow-Up Visit - 20 minutes
(existing patient)
For follow-up of an existing plan, including symptom review, lab results, medication adjustments, or ongoing monitoring.
Fee $75
What counts as a new concern?
A scheduled visit related to an existing diagnosis or treatment plan already established with your provider.
