Telehealth Consultation (40–60 minutes)
A comprehensive virtual visit with a nurse practitioner specializing in menopause care, hormone therapy, and primary care.
What’s included:
• In-depth review of your current symptoms and how they impact your daily life
• Review of medical history, current medications, and any prior hormone therapy
• Discussion of whether Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is appropriate for you
• Personalized treatment plan, which may include HRT, lifestyle recommendations, supplements, and supportive therapies

TLC operates on a membership and self-pay model. Payment is due (billed via Quickbooks) after service, allowing for longer visits, individualized care plans, and direct access to your provider.

TLC does not bill insurance for visits. However, you may use insurance for prescription, labs, and imaging when applicable.
