    Telehealth Consultation (40–60 minutes)

     

    A comprehensive virtual visit with a nurse practitioner specializing in menopause care, hormone therapy, and primary care.

     

    What’s included:

             •        In-depth review of your current symptoms and how they impact your daily life

             •        Review of medical history, current medications, and any prior hormone therapy

             •        Discussion of whether Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is appropriate for you

             •        Personalized treatment plan, which may include HRT, lifestyle recommendations, supplements, and supportive therapies

             •        Lab ordering as clinically indicated

            

    Comprehensive Lab Panel  (covered by your insurance)

  • TLC operates on a membership and self-pay model. Payment is due (billed via Quickbooks) after service, allowing for longer visits, individualized care plans, and direct access to your provider.

    We believe in transparent, affordable care — no hidden fees, no surprise bills.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards. All pricing is transparent and reviewed prior to scheduling — no hidden fees.

  • TLC does not bill insurance for visits. However, you may use insurance for prescription, labs, and imaging when applicable.

  • Insurance may be used for medications, laboratory testing, and diagnostic imaging ordered through TLC. Coverage depends on your individual plan.

  • Yes, when personalized, properly monitored, and medically managed. TLC follows current evidence-based guidelines and tailors therapy to your health history, labs, and symptoms.

  • Most women notice improvement within 2 - 8 weeks, depending on hormone balance, metabolism, and individual response to treatment.

  • Lifestyle guidance — including metabolic health, weight management, sleep — is incorporated into TLC care when appropriate. Referrals to registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs), if needed, are discussed in advance.

  • Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time.
